Role Description The Buyer is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support AGRO DREN’s agricultural projects and operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Culiacán, SIN includes sourcing and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotes, and negotiating prices and terms to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services. Day-to-day tasks involve processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate records,



and coordinating with project managers, warehouse staff, and finance to align purchases with budgets and schedules. The Buyer monitors inventory levels, anticipates material needs, and helps improve procurement processes while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in purchasing and procurement, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
Ability to manage inventory and logistics, including tracking deliveries, coordinating with warehousing, and ensuring on-time availability of materials.
Proficiency in using office and business software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or purchasing systems) and maintaining accurate documentation.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams
