Description
The adecuado candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities combined with deep technical expertise in Microelectronics (MIC) and Manufacturing processes, including Die Attach, Eutectic Attach, Epoxy Attach, Wire Bonding, Ribbon Bonding, Pull Testing, Ball Shear, and Die Shear Analysis. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing high-performing teams, managing customer quality requirements, and supporting a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, Quality Technicians, and Inspectors in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
- Establish and execute quality strategies that support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Drive quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, from new product introduction through production and customer support.
- Provide technical leadership for Microelectronics (MIC) manufacturing processes,



ensuring compliance with quality standards and process controls.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action activities utilizing methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze process capability metrics (Cp, Cpk, Ppk) and drive actions to improve process performance and product reliability.
- Define and maintain product acceptance and rejection criteria in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Lead internal audits and support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, IPC, J-STD, MIL-STD, and applicable customer requirements.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to achieve quality and business objectives.
