What will you do as Business Development Manager at Sealed Air?

As a Business Development Manager at Sealed Air,



you will drive growth within the Protective business by developing new customer relationships and identifying opportunities for engineered packaging solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their products, packaging challenges, and business needs, translating those requirements into creative and technically sound solutions.

This is a highly consultative, customer-facing sales role that requires strong business development skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex, longer sales cycles. You will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams to develop solutions, coordinate samples and trials, and support customers throughout the solution development process.
