Requirements
About the Role:




- Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Own campaign builds, launches, QA, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing — start to finish.
- Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding — with clear documentation of rationale.
- Serve as a primary client contact — run performance calls, deliver clear recaps, and proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations.
- Write clear, compelling performance recaps and updates that translate data into business-relevant narratives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs.

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, senior enough to operate with full independence.
- Expert-level Meta and TikTok platform fluency; YouTube and Pinterest a plus
