In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraints
- Drive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processes
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput
- Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiatives
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Track and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS)
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS teams
- Ensure seamless integration of projects into daily plant operations
- Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites (U.S.



and Mexico)
- Support standardization of processes and best practice sharing across locations
- Identify and mitigate project risks impacting production, safety, or quality
- Ensure all projects comply with OSHA (U.S.), NOM (Mexico), and company EHS standards
- Promote a strong safety-first culture in all project activities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets
- Track project costs, ROI, and financial performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources
- Support business case development and post-implementation reviews
- Act as primary liaison between plant leadership and project teams
- Provide clear, data-driven project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Manage expectations across diverse, cross-cultural teams
- Facilitate project reviews, milestone track
