As an Acceleration Center - Financial Services – General Ledger Accountant- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the accounting and controllership operations for a leading company in the real estate, mortgage servicing, and lending sector. Within our Managed Services practice, you will execute accounting processes, financial close, and reporting activities in a complex financial services environment. As a Senior Associate,



you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, oversee loan-level accounting, and support the preparation and analysis of financial statements under U.S. GAAP. You will drive process improvement and automation by utilizing Workday Financials and AI-enabled tools, collaborating cross-functionally with PwC’s onshore teams and client stakeholders.
