Position Summary:
- Perform tax and accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Mexican tax regulations, corporate accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities by preparing tax provisions, tax reconciliations, journal entries,



and tax filings. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory obligations while maintaining accurate General Ledger balances and supporting audit requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Corporate Tax, external advisors, auditors, and government authorities to ensure accurate and timely execution of all tax-related activities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file monthly tax returns, including VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, Payroll Taxes, and other statutory tax obligations.
- Prepare and submit DIOT, Electronic Accounting, Payment Complements, and other tax compliance requirements.
- Maintain compliance with Mexican tax regulations and monitor communications from tax authorities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provisions, tax forecasts, and corporate tax reporting packages.
