About the role

As the OTC Credit & Collection Management Analyst, you will be part of the Integral Business Services (GBS) Order-to-Cash (OTC) team and play a critical role in optimizing cash flow and ensuring accurate, timely collections across markets. You will manage customer accounts to minimize overdue balances, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance with Reckitt's credit and collection policies. This includes leveraging digital tools and analytics to prioritize collection activities, monitor aging reports, and drive proactive engagement with stakeholders to reduce deduction backlogs and improve working capital.
