Sr Frontend Developer

Key responsibilities
Location: EST TimeZone (Mex or Arg)
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Utilize state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query to build efficient and reliable applications.
- Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability,



and operational support.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams.
- Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning activities.
- Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency.
