THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Scaled Customer Success Managers drive retention, adoption, and value across a large volume of customers through a one-to-many, tech-touch model.



You are responsible for ensuring a broad base of customers realizes value from our Predictive Revenue System — using digital programs, automation, and AI to deliver success at scale.

This is a modern customer success role built for scale. Rather than managing a small book of named accounts, you will design and deliver scaled engagement — digital campaigns, targeted interventions, and AI-surfaced health monitoring — that keeps hundreds of customers healthy and growing. You will help define how customer success operates when it has to reach many customers efficiently without losing the human touch that matters.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across a large, pooled book of customers through a scaled, tech-touch model.
- Design and deliver one-to-many engagement — digital campaigns, webinars, and targeted resources — that drive adoption efficiently.
