Objective of the position:
Support for the day-to-day activities of the Legal Department. The position also supports the execution of the legal department strategy by coordinating key initiatives, monitoring objectives, OKRs and KPIs,



driving continuous improvement and technology adoption efforts, and supporting budget, vendor, and operational management activities that contribute to the successful execution of the department's strategy; and provides executive and administrative support to the General Counsel, including calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-up on key priorities.

- Advanced Microsoft 365 & Office Suite Skills.
- Budget, Procurement & Vendor Management
- Data Analysis, Reporting & KPI Tracking
- AI-Powered Productivity Tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- Experience or interest in technology adoption, process optimization, data analysis, and digital tools is preferred.
- English level: B2
- Spanish Level: B2
