Now, we want to do a much better job sharing that experience with the world.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly proactive Part-Time Social Media & Content Manager to build and own Zipdev’s organic social content engine.
This isn’t a role where we hand you finished content and ask you to post it.
We have the expertise. We need you to help us get it out of our heads and into the world.

This is a 20-hour-per-week role designed for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys the intersection of wellness, technology, and marketing.



You will be the engine behind our content distribution, ensuring that every video, post, and DM is sent on time and tracked with precision.

Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and manage Zipdev’s organic content strategy and monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and potentially additional platforms over time.
- Work directly with our CEO to uncover stories, opinions, client pain points, recruiting lessons, data, industry trends, and experiences worth sharing.
- Coordinate and lead recurring content sessions, typically once or twice per month, to batch-create content.
- Come prepared with topics, questions, hooks, and ideas rather than waiting for our CEO or the team to tell you what to create.
- Remotely direct recordings and provide guidance on framing, lighting, audio, delivery, and pacing when needed.
- Interview other Zipdev team members, clients, or subject-matter experts when there is an opportunity to unc
