Job Description Summary
The Client Services and Fulfillment Operations Leader is a vital member of the PERS Commercial Operations team. The main purpose of this role to book orders, reduce rebooks due to operational errors, set up customer related system information, and order related workflows. Coordinate GE Vernova PERS logistics & documentation from Order to Revenue (OTR) fulfillment of domestic & international orders for both physical & electronic product offerings within defined framework. Product Fulfillment for hosted software offerings including tenant provisioning & licensing for On-Prem customers.
This team member will work directly with the Commercial Operations, Sales Team, CSM Team, Renewals Team, Product Management Team, Services Team and coordinate with the Billing/Invoicing, AR/Collection, and Disputes team members.
