We are looking for a talented Engineer – Collaboration Services Platform Automation Specialist to join our team specializing in Information Technology for our CUMMINS in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. (Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office).

Job Summary

The Engineer – Collaboration Services Platform Specialist is a strategic technical role within the Digital Workplace Platforms team, focused on advancing collaboration technologies across Cummins. This role will define, build, and communicate technical and architectural vision for the Collaboration Services Platform to ensure systems and solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements.



Working closely with the Platform Manager and other team members to ensure ongoing modernization and integrated collaboration platforms. This role is embedded within the Collaboration Services team, which supports platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy, providing technical support for end-user issues and concerns for the Collaboration Services Platform (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, SharePoint, etc.) to ensure future scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Support in the Administration of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD), Zoom (Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms), Box, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, and Power Platform tools.
- Drive automation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management, and alerting using PowerShell, Python, or
