Role Purpose
This role is responsible for driving after-sales process excellence and operational performance across an authorized dealer network in Mexico.
The Process Analyst acts as a strategic partner to dealership teams, ensuring compliance with established standards, leveraging operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sustainable actions that enhance workshop efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
This is not a purely audit-focused role. It is a collaborative, analytical, and relationship-driven position for a professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating operational insights into meaningful improvements, and influencing performance outcomes across a dealership network.

Contract: temporary - hybrid.

Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor compliance with established after-sales processes, operational standards, and business guidelines across the dealer network.
- Conduct periodic operational reviews to assess adherence to required procedures and identify process deviations.




- Document findings, communicate observations, and provide constructive feedback to dealership leadership and key stakeholders.
- Follow up on identified gaps and track corrective actions to ensure effective resolution.
- Promote a culture of operational discipline, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze after-sales operational data and key performance indicators to assess dealership performance.
- Identify trends, risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor indicators related to workshop productivity, efficiency, customer service, operational compliance, and performance quality.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide clear visibility into network performance.
