Job Description
- Provide executive-level consulting, support, and analysis to dealers to grow the brand’s market share within their respective areas of influence.
- Communicate and ensure dealer understanding of product marketing programs, sales plans, incentive programs, and their associated benefits.
- Deliver timely, clear responses to dealer questions and requirements related to vehicle sales.
- Conduct field visits with dealer sales personnel to support promotional activities, display areas, and brand presence, identifying opportunities to grow the business for both companies.
- Promote the development and implementation of dealer marketing strategies.
- Conduct dealer field visits in collaboration with management, sales teams, and dealer operators.
- Ensure dealer compliance with corporate sales-operation standards.

Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in dealer administration, sales, marketing, and Operations (adecuado), with a strong results-driven focus on vehicle sales.
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring sales programs and projects,



including corporate sales-operation standards, incentive programs, and the Chevrolet product portfolio.
- Softskills: Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders needs, proposals, requirements, and issues effectively.
- Customer-focused team player with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, a sense of urgency, resilience under pressure, and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
- English: Advanced
- Availability to travel 2 weeks per month
