Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities in a warehouse to ensure efficient flow of inventory and operations.

What you'll do
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, preparing and shipping products.
- Personnel Coordination:



Direct, motivate and train warehouse personnel. Assign tasks and establish shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety, health regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Implement procedures and technologies that improve warehouse performance.
- Problem Solving: Manage and resolve operational and personnel problems effectively and quickly.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse performance, inventories and any relevant incidents
- SAP Software knowledge as a must
