In this role, you will help higher education institutions successfully navigate complex organizational and technology transformations by aligning people, processes, and technology. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human-centered transformation. You will partner closely with institutional leadership, faculty, administrators, and staff to develop and execute organizational change management strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and maximize long-
term value from technology investments. The idóneo candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, hands-on organizational change management experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within higher education environments.
