Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

The Americas Media Category Director leads the strategy, governance, and commercial performance of all media procurement activities across the entire Americas region — including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America.



As the region’s two largest and most complex media markets, the U.S. and Mexico represent a disproportionate share of responsibility and strategic focus for this role.

This leader is accountable for developing enterprise-aligned media sourcing strategies, elevating agency performance, optimizing investment transparency, driving innovation, and navigating the varied regulatory, cultural, and media-ecosystem realities across these markets.

This role is based in Mexico City and requires extensive cross-regional leadership and partnership with Marketing, General Media, Insights, Finance, Legal, and local business units.
