The F&B; Luxury standards Specialist is responsible for elevating the guest dining experience by coaching and training F&B; teams across all restaurants and bars in alignment with Auberge’s AU standards, Five-Star service expectations, and current luxury hospitality trends. This role collaborates closely with outlet leaders, the Wine Manager, and Bars Manager to deliver inspiring, skill-building sessions, and personalized pairing training. The trainer plays a vital role in creating a culture of passion, excellence, storytelling, and continuous learning in every service moment.

Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Service Training
- Design and deliver engaging F&B; training programs that reinforce AU service standards (Authentic Connections, Remove Obstacles, Create the Unexpected).
- Train all front-of-house F&B; staff in luxury service behaviors, Forbes standards, and storytelling techniques.
