We’re hiring 10 openings for a phone-based campaign focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while also selling/upselling and retaining customers.

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM:
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay
- Base pay: $2,496 + additional performance bonuses (see bonus details below).

What you’ll do
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, following campaign guidelines and policies.
- Handle inbound calls while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of every interaction in the system.
- Use strong product knowledge to answer questions, promote offers, retain customers, and close sales.

Bonus opportunities (in addition to base pay)





You can earn extra compensation through multiple bonus categories. Amounts and requirements include:
- $150 MXN weekly for meeting weekly hours and on-time attendance (eligibility rules apply).
- $250 MXN when performance reaches 90% or higher:
- Weekly top performer payouts:$500 MXN (1st), $300 MXN (2nd), $200 MXN (3rd).
- $650 MXN when performance reaches 99% or higher (otherwise $0).
- Productivity bonus (USD) based on handle time:
- $30 if under 12 minutes:
- $20 if under 13 minutes:
- $10 if under 14 minutes
