Are you experienced in call centers and looking for an excellent commission structure? This opportunity is for you

Responsibilities:
- Notify customers about outstanding balances (Down Payment, Monthly Payment, Endorsement Fee, Auxiliary Product Fee, Chargeback).
- Follow up and negotiate payments.
- Process payments over the phone via credit/debit card.
- Guide customers to visit their nearest branch when paying with cash.
- Provide professional customer service and timely follow-up.

Requirements:
- Advanced English level B2/C1 (required).
- Minimum 1 year of previous call center experience.
- Collections experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.

We Offer:

$3,613 USD during training
- After training, $3,000 USD base + average $700 USD monthly commissions (paid biweekly).

- Fixed Sunday off.

Schedule:
