Redial BPO is growing globally — and we're expanding our marketing team with a creative, strategic, and highly skilled Senior Visual Designer who can elevate our brand across digital, web, events, and sales experiences.

About the Role

This senior-level position is perfect for a designer who can lead projects from concept to execution, collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership, and influence the evolution of a integral B2B brand. You'll develop high-performing assets for campaigns, events, website experiences, internal communications, and executive presentations — all while shaping our brand system for scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for B2B digital and print assets.
- Own corporate website visuals, UX/UI direction, and ongoing updates.
- Design trade show booths, conference materials, and executive presentations.
- Support internal communications with branded visual content.




- Capture and edit photography/video for events and storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent or vendors.
- Travel regularly between Tijuana and Mexicali.

What You'll Need
- 5-8+ years of visual design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating B2B, corporate, and multi-channel design.
- Expertise in Adobe CC + Figma.
- Strong skills in branding, typography, web design, and layout.
- Experience with website UX/UI, print production, and event design.
- Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver polished creative work.
- Proficiency in photography and video production.
- Professional English communication skills.

Schedule (PST):
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
