WHAT YOU DO
- Global CRM Strategy & Execution: Be the expert who designs, manages,



and optimizes our CRM ecosystem on a global scale, supporting high-growth regions like North America, Central Europe, and Vietnam.
- Platform Ownership & AI Integration: Take full ownership of our CRM (HubSpot) and automation tools. You will lead the initiative to use AI efficiently to gather and extract market intelligence, transforming raw data into a competitive advantage for both marketing and sales.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Leverage HubSpot’s campaign tools to orchestrate, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns. You will ensure that marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the CRM to drive lead generation and nurture prospects effectively.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Ensure the integrity of our sales data to provide a reliable sales forecast based on the pipeline. You will build the dashboards that allow leadership to see into the future of our revenue.
