Reports to:Program Manager, HRIS Americas.
Travel:Occasional travel required

In this role, you will shape how thousands of employees across the Americas experience HR systems and digital tools. You’ll lead projects that bring integral HR technologies into regional practice, improving usability, efficiency, and alignment across countries.By partnering closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will ensure our technology solutions support real user needs and deliver meaningful improvements to how HR services operate. Your leadership will help teams adopt new tools with confidence and consistency.Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the quality, speed,



and reliability of HR services across North and Latin America.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead HR technology implementation projectsacross the Americas to deliver user‑focused solutions on time and with high quality.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendorsto translate needs into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
- Map and refine HR processesso digital tools are integrated, intuitive, and support efficient ways of working.
- Drive change management effortsto ensure smooth adoption and strong engagement with new HR technologies.
- Monitor progress, risks, and outcomesto keep stakeholders aligned and ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing HR technology or HRIS implementation projects in a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of HR processes such as talent, payroll, or employee data management.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities.
