You Are:
UST is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in hardware development, firmware integration, NPI execution, cloud telemetry/diagnostics, FMEA coordination, and end-to-end hardware lifecycle management.

The opportunity:




- Lead and execute cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, operations, suppliers, and cloud service teams.
- Own program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate hardware engineering activities across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation teams.
- Drive firmware readiness (BIOS, BMC, diagnostics) and align them with hardware development milestones.
- Lead NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), factory readiness, and build execution, ensuring smooth transition to mass production.
- Facilitate FMEA activities, track mitigation actions, and integrate outcomes into design and validation workflows.
