A leading Chinese company and internationally recognized provider of information and communication network products and solutions is seeking someone who can protect margins, build strategic supplier relationships, and ensure that every telecommunications project moves forward smoothly.

We are looking for a professional who understands the supply chain as a competitive advantage, not as an administrative process.

What will you do?:
- Negotiate key contracts for telecommunications projects
- Analyze costs and identify real savings opportunities
- Develop new strategic suppliers
- Manage contractual risks
- Work with internal teams and report within an international environment
- Operate SAP and SRM platforms

What are we looking for in you?:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field




- +3 years of experience in procurement within Telecommunications companies
- Experience in telecommunications projects (mandatory)
- Advanced English (C1C2)
- Proficiency in SAP / SRM
- Analytical mindset and strong negotiation skills
