Are you an aspiring performance marketer with a passion for data, digital advertising, and continuous learning? We’re looking for a SEM Account Manager to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation.
- Monitor campaign performance and make basic optimizations (bids, budgets, targeting).

Data & Reporting
- Set up and improve dashboards in Looker Studio for campaign performance tracking.
- Analyze basic performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag trends or issues.
- Support reporting efforts with clear and accurate data, and recommendations for performance improvements and testing
- Introducing new KPIs uniquely relevant to our to niche B2B clients





Tracking & Setup
- Conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure campaign tracking is implemented correctly across platforms.

Automation & Tools
- Learn and support the use of automated bidding strategies and platform recommendations.
- Learn simple automations (rules, alerts, reporting workflows).

Creative & Landing Pages
- Collaborate with team members on ad copy and creative testing.
- Support landing page improvements (WordPress experience is a plus).

Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEM, or paid media (internships count)
- Familiarity and experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Understanding of core marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions)
- Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio is a requirement
- Interest in data analysis and performance marketing
