Role Responsibilities:
1. Performance Analysis & Strategy Development
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize vendor operational models and business strategies
- Develop effective courier acquisition strategies and operational plans
2. Data Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Monitor real-time vendor performance metrics across different regions
- Implement early warning systems to maintain delivery quality standards
- Ensure consistent service experience through proactive data oversight
