We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative in Monterrey (on-site).
This role is focused on high-volume outbound outreach, cold calling, and booking qualified meetings with U.S.based clients.
You’ll be working with structured cadences, clear KPIs, and a fast-paced environment where execution matters.
Responsibilities:
- Follow structured outreach cadences
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet daily and monthly activity targets
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or cold calling
- Comfortable on the phone and working with daily targets
- Strong English for client-facing communication
- Organized and results-driven
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
