- Responsable de asegurar el flujo y buen recibo de los materiales indirectos
- Manejo de sistema SAP
- Responsable de la captura de facturas diariamente
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios
- Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree. 1 year of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Position Purpose:
Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required. to meet the masterproduction schedule.Provide timely inputs required. by the business units.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders.
- Make adjustments in
- planning requisition of the components and production orders.
- Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,
- negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions.
- Make transfers of materials,
components from
- plants.
- Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification.
- Prepare and
- analyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities.
- Processing engineering changes,
- obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
- Management MRP systems.
- MS Office.
- APICS.
- Management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of the supply chain.
- Advanced English level.
