We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the achievement of sales targets by assisting sales teams, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives in daily operations and activities
- Coordinate sales processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor order status and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery timelines
- Handle and resolve issues related to order delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service)
- Assist in tracking sales performance and targets
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Contribute to improving customer experience and service quality
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or sales coordination role:
- Strong understanding of sales operations and processes:
