Your Impact

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role requires a balance between execution and leadership, combining hands-on operational involvement with strategic coordination. You will work closely with both your team and clients, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and results.

What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Marketing Integration: Align telemarketing, call center operations, and digital marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Business Development: Create and implement strategies to increase business and revenue. Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.



Team Development: Mentor, coach, and continuously develop your team, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
