Join Our Team as an Operations Coordinator at Equivity

In this role, you will work directly with a U.S.based client, supporting day-to-day operations across finance, client service, and internal teams. You’ll manage receivable accounts tasks such as invoicing and following up on outstanding payments, while maintaining accurate records and organization across processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for client communication, coordinate service calls, and help ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, you’ll support sales and leadership with administrative tasks, assist with onboarding new clients, provide light technical troubleshooting, and contribute to recruiting, training, and marketing efforts as needed. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, a proactive problem-solver, and a strong team player who can adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with collections, accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and send invoices to clients.




- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage and update data within Salesforce, Coda, and other software systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Support sales representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing and sending customer pricing quotes.
- Post transactions and bills in QuickBooks. Assist with collections, accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and send invoices to clients.
- Set up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide administrative support across internal teams and client-facing processes, including maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Schedule service calls and create work orders.
