As an International Outreach & Lead Development Representative, you'll be the first connection between WorldStrides and educators interested in taking their students on life‑changing international experiences. Your focus will be on outreach, research, and thoughtful conversations — helping identify teachers who are planning educational trips and guiding them toward the right next step.





This role plays a critical part in connecting schools with our internal teams by identifying strong opportunities and ensuring accurate, high‑quality information before handoff. Key Responsibilities:
- Research, prospect, and qualify potential program leaders from our contact database
- Ask targeted questions to understand educators' goals and verify travel plans
- Spark interest and maintain engagement with new contacts
- Meet monthly and seasonal outreach goals
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records within our CRM system
- Develop a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings
