Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in the IT field (currently studying or graduated)
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job description
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues with computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Account Management: Managing user accounts, including password resets and account unlocking.
- Software and Hardware Installation: Installing and configuring new software and hardware.
- Documentation: Documenting issues and their resolutions for future reference.
- Escalation: Escalating complex issues to higher-level IT personnel when necessary
- Data Management: Backing up and restoring data files.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with users and other IT personnel.

Pay: $18,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- IT support or intern: 1 year (required)

Language:
- Fully bilingual (required)
