Position Overview
The Manufacturing Intern will support key production initiatives by assisting in projects focused on improving process control and reducing defects, including efforts related to NOK tightening reduction. The role involves tracking and monitoring daily and weekly technical performance metrics, supporting data analysis, and ensuring visibility of key operational indicators.
Responsibilities include developing reports, visual aids, and work instructions to support standardized processes and improve operational efficiency. The intern will collaborate with engineering and production teams to document processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to solutions that enhance quality and productivity on the manufacturing floor.
This role provides valuable exposure to real-world manufacturing operations and the opportunity to actively contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement within a dynamic industrial environment.
