As a Senior IT Engineer - Access Control & Video Surveillance, you will support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical security technologies within the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams and regional stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient Access Control and Video Surveillance solutions, with a strong focus on supporting operations in Mexico.
- Provide operational IT support for Access Control and Video Surveillance platforms across integral sites
- Support the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenanceof securitytechnology solutions:
- Troubleshoottechnicalissuesand coordinate resolution activities with internalteamsand externalvendors:
- Contribute to IT and Security projects including technical installation planning, implementation, testing, and operational handover
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and global partners to ensure stable system performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency of the platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and Security standards while supporting business and manufacturing operations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Around 4 years of experiencein IT system administration, infrastructure support, or related technical roles
- Experience with Access Control and/or Video Surveillance systems is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and reliable working style
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors:
- Fluent communication skills in English (B2+)
