Position Summary

The HR Intern will support onboarding and employee integration processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires by assisting with administrative, tracking, and coordination activities related to employee onboarding (DOJO). The intern will collaborate closely with Human Resources and Operations teams to support reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce management.

- Proficiency in digital and administrative tools such as Excel,



tracking platforms, and databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and document processes

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
- Active student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn
