Position Summary

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Strong teamwork skills, proactive mindset, time management, and sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
- Active student in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn

Position Overview

The Intern will collaborate closely with the assigned team, providing support for daily operational and administrative activities while participating in strategic projects.



Responsibilities include managing IT support requests through ticketing systems, assisting with purchasing processes and RFQs, and administering warranties for computer equipment. The role also involves managing laser printer consumables, maintaining accurate IT inventory records, and supporting documentation and process mapping for IT processes.

Additionally, the intern will provide remote and on-site customer service support, contribute to process-focused initiatives, and ensure activities are completed in a timely and organized manner. This position offers valuable exposure to real-world business operations and an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
