Lead PM- Analyst
- Madatory skills_
- Experience leading SRA / PIA / DRP execution end-to-end:
- Ability to triage and prioritize intake requests:
- Experience owning POD-level or process-level delivery:
- Strong risk management and dependency tracking skills
- Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvements:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Trello
- Power Automate
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Strong understanding of:
- Scrum / Agile methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma principles
- Key responsibilities_
- Lead and coordinate SRA, PIA, and DRP activities from initiation to completion
- Manage intake requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Own delivery execution for assigned PODs or operational processes
- Identify project risks, blockers, dependencies, and remediation plans
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution
- Drive process standardization, optimization,



and adoption across teams
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Maintain project tracking and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello
- Assist in automation and workflow improvement initiatives using Power Automate

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL(Will be evaluated).
