Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Guide teams on implementing Pega security configurations access control policies and authentication models that protect sensitive data and support regulatory compliance

Collaborate with user experience and business teams to refine case flows user journeys and screen designs that enhance usability and promote adoption across business functions

Document solution architectures design decisions and configuration standards in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and long term sustainability

Align day to day delivery activities to the company purpose by designing digital solutions that streamline services reduce manual effort and bring faster outcomes for customers and communities
