- Design and develop engaging training materials on BlackLine products (eLearning, videos, instructor-led training, and exams).




- Translate complex accounting principles into accessible, understandable concepts within our software.
- Ensure all final deliverables maintain the highest quality of writing, editing, and formatting to positively impact learning outcomes.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple training projects from concept to release.
- Maintain formal project plans, use tracking systems, and consistently meet deadlines in coordination with Training Leadership.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with Technical Trainers, stakeholders, and other SMEs to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning and customer success.
- Collaborate with team members to share instructional design ideas and build new models or templates.
