Responsibilities
- Coordinates, prioritizes & organizes improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit
- Manages or leads relevant, strategic & operational business challenges
- Fosters a continuous improvement mindset with respective methods and tools
- Supports and/or orchestrates the Hoshin Kanri process for the site
- Supports and/or orchestrates productivity generation activities
- Coaches peers & key managers inside the unit on the promotion & use of AOS
- Acts as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset
- Advances AOS through sharing of success stories & recognition of stakeholders
- Orchestrates, coaches & leads AOS community & key enablers
- Drives, motivates & manages AOS qualifications of employees
- Active member of the integral, companywide AOS community
- Collaborate with the AOS office to execute the AOS strategy
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5 years of practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools
• 5 years of project management experience gained through both strategic and tactic change projects
• Business fluent in local language and English
• Experience influencing and communicating effectively with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executiv
