Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent at Sigo Insurance Agency. The Sales Agent will work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment,



managing both inbound and outbound opportunities and helping customers find the best available insurance option across our carrier network.
Daily responsibilities include engaging new leads, gathering information needed to quote, comparing available carrier options, handling objections, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Agents are also responsible for consistently following up with open opportunities and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
This is a performance-driven role where speed, contact volume, follow-up, and closing ability are critical to success. Agents will be expected to maintain accurate CRM records, meet individual sales and conversion goals, participate in ongoing coaching and training, and adapt quickly as new carriers, products, and technology are introduced.
