JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist – Mexico supports the day-to-day administration and execution of human resources programs and processes for Vestal Corporation’s Mexico operations. This position serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, HRIS administration, and applicable employment requirements.

The HR Generalist partners closely with the Vice President of Mexico Operations, Mexico site leadership and Vestal’s U.S. Human Resources team to ensure consistent and effective HR practices while supporting the unique needs of the Mexico workforce. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, supporting compliance with applicable Mexican employment requirements, Internal Regulation Job manual, controlling status of Employees job contracts, payroll, preparing administrative notifications for disciplinaries facts, ensure applications of process and procedures,



detecting of missing commissions and regulations required by law, up to date of labor and/or IMSS changes in Mexican law, facilitating employee communications and engagement activities, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.

The successful candidate will be organized, approachable, responsive, detail-oriented, with high level of initiative, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers at all levels and to work collaboratively across Vestal’s Mexico and U.S. operations. High level of English is a must.
