Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Control Supervisor located in Guadalajara. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating production planning and execution, ensuring material availability,



monitoring production performance, and leading a team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate daily production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations.
- Monitor production output, downtime, efficiency, and On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics.
- Lead and supervise production control personnel and planners.
- Collaborate with Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Follow up on shortages, inventory discrepancies, and production constraints.
- Maintain production planning data and ERP system accuracy.
