Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
- Develop, maintain,



and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure material availability, production continuity, delivery performance, and efficient resource utilization.
- Oversee material planning, inventory control, and supplier performance to support uninterrupted production operations while driving cost efficiency and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Materials Planning team, ensuring effective resource utilization and fostering a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Manage raw material planning and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring accurate management of materials in transit.
- Drive site capacity planning activities, balancing customer demand, production capabilities, labor availability, and operational constraints.
