The role will be responsible to drive process harmonization, establish new and maintain existing performance metrics, set objectives, and develop and contribute to CI initiatives./n/nJob Responsibilities/n/n/u2022 Work closely with cross-functional resources to execute projects and develop procedures to reduce overal costs and improve productivity. /n/u2022 Cooperate in the management of new product development projects based in ProLaunch standards, including the execution of major milestones,achievement of phase gates, preparation of communication for internal customers, conducting meetings, assuring financials are met, among others. /n/u2022 Identify, drive and develop continuous improvement initiatives making use of lean tools, including Kaizen, 5/u0027s,
