Known for high-quality execution, they are actively building out a remote operational and pre-construction support division to fuel their growth. The company operates with a collaborative, relational approach, and this new division will focus on scaling project volume and eliminating gaps in their construction pipeline.
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, dual-focused Remote Construction Estimator & Lead Generator to join the team as a dedicated, full-time asset. In this role, you will own the front-end bidding pipeline—from actively scouting and filtering new project opportunities to executing precise multi-trade quantity takeoffs. This is a highly autonomous,
high-impact position where your hustle and administrative organization will directly keep the field crews deployed and enable the company to aggressively scale its daily bid volume. You will work closely with ownership to review leads and manage backend operations, allowing leadership to focus on building local client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively navigate and search the ConstructConnect platform to identify, source, and secure new bidding and project opportunities.
- Strategic Filtering: Screen and evaluate incoming projects based on specific timelines, prioritizing bids with closer due dates to keep the field crew consistently deployed without gaps between projects.
- Pre-Construction Collaboration: Qualify and present discovered leads to ownership for strategic approval before deep-diving into full cost estimations.
